WISDOM at C4 installation notes

WISDOM can submit to a gLite CE or a simple SGE qmaster. We will first configure the local WISDOM installation to submit to the SGE qmaster. In order to do this, a simple user account needs to be set up. (BruceBecker - 12 Mar 2009)
